Questions from Mom 7/30/18 & extra photos

Hola!
Okay seriously p-day is no day of rest, we've been running around all day trying to do laundry, all our hours of studying, washing the car and doing grocerys. It's been frustrating because for me to email we have to go to the church and for the other sisters that is not a priority so I have to wait forever to email back. Today we have district activity which takes up more time and then tonight we are going on exchanges and we have FHE so it has a crazy day. Sister Watts is letting me use her phone to email so I can't send pictues just yet. So yeah I've been stressed all day wanting to email but yeah!

1. How are you doing?  Mentally, physically?

I'm good! I cried a little bit today after realizing we won't have much time to email, but other than today I'm super happy and loving the mission!! 

2. What did you do on your split p-day Saturday and today?
We deep cleaned our apartment hahaha and decorated it a little more

3.  Have you taught any lessons?
I have taught one lesson and it went great! Devon committed to baptism!! But we haven't been able to meet with him since then so hopefully everything is good! 

4.  Have you gone on the college campus’s?  If so, what do you do?
Yes but since it is summer there is no one there so we just tract in neighborhoods

5.  Where do you do your laundry at?
There are laundry machines in the basement of our apartments

6.  Did your companions go to college before the mish?  Is so where?

Sister Watts went to BYU idaho
And Sister Leder went to weber state
7.  Did it work fine sending a package to your apartment?
Yes that was perfect! I got it in our mailbox!! Use my apartment address it is easier to get to me! 

8.  We haven’t really sent any snail mail letters, do your companions get them?  Would you like them?  Or is email fine?
If you want to! I love snail mail!! 

9.  Who are the Elders in your district?  You said there are 4 Elder and you 3 sisters, correct?  That’s your whole district?

Elder Conger, Elder Alger and Elder Myer., Elder King was in our district but had to go home because of health issues, so it is a trio now! 2 trios in our district! Hahaha so Jenna if a Joshua King wants to follow me on Instagram accept his request and let me follow him! 

10.  You sent a picture of a puzzle last week, did you do a puzzle?
Yep! Sister Watts has all the Thomas Kinkade Disney puzzles so we do them occasionally!!!!! 

11.  How is the Spanish studying?  Have you found anybody to talk to in Spanish?  Ask around in your ward if not.
So our Zone leaders are Spanish missionaries so I talk to them some times! Also I just always say my prayers in Spanish and talk to the sisters in Spanish even though they don't understand

12.  What is your ward like?  Older people, young, lots of kids, mixed, poor, rich....?

It's a very unique ward, a mix of everything! Not very many kids, mostly older or young married couples
The primary and yw ym are very small

13.  When you guys make your meals do you all eat together?  What do you eat?  Do you cook together or take turns?
We usually just make our own food for meals, cereal for breakfast and ham and cheese sandwiches for lunch and it vary for dinner

14.  Do you need anything?  Do you get enough money from the mission to buy what you need?

I might need more of my cover up make up, the new liquid we bought exploded and the bottle is crap and leaks everywhere which sucks. I like my powder better a way and yes we use our mission card for food and stuff

I'm slowly responding to all the emails so sorry if I don't get to some but I love you all soooooo much!!!!!!!

1- what do you eat for dinner...give examples? Like what did you eat last night? eggs, bread, fruit, I am not usually hungry because lunch is so filling 2-  How does money work?  How much do you get and does it seem like enough? HOLA!!! So today is a lot more chill, we are at the church first and then we are going to go to downtown Detroit!! So pumped! 1.  Have you heard anything about your visa or travel plans? Nope, I think what will happen is I will get contacted the day before I am supposed to leave. So I won't know for the next few weeks propbably haha oh well 2.  Who is Devon?  You mentioned he committed to baptism but want to know the story there... He is just an investigator we have! We haven't been able to teach him since then though :( 3.  Tell me something more about your companions! Uh Sister Leder is gluten free so maybe you could send more granola? ;) hahaha They are super funny and really hardworking! 1.  How are you feeling physically this week? SOOOO MUCH BETTER!!! Im finally feeling like my good old self again!! 2.  How are you feeling emotionally this week? SAME as the first question 3.  How are things with your companion? better, still hard but getting better. She tells me what to do a lot in a rude way but we are getting bettter 4.  When you said last week that your companion attacks you and is sassy, what do you mean...give an example.  (Please keep in mind if your companion is bullying you that it is something you should talk to your mission president about.) no I think it is just the way she talks to me...Dont worry we are getting better, but she just gets angry when I do things wrong or I dont understand. We talk about it everyday haha but we still have fun and laugh together! 5.  So I most likely will be sending you a package in October.  It will go to the mission office and then make its way to you through zone...
