HOLA!! SO I GOT MY FLIGHT PLANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
IM GOING TO ECUADOR!!!!!!FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!


1.  Did you see our email from the Stake President?  Looks like next Monday is your day!!  Heard anything more about going to Ecuador?

Yep!! So I leave Monday, my flight is at 10:49 am
I fly to Miami and that is about 3 hour flight (I arrive in miami aroun 2 pm)
then I fly to Guayaquil and that is about 4 1/2 hour flight (My flight to ecuador is at 4:25 pm)
I arrive in  Ecuador around 7:45 pm!!!
So I think I have a 2 1/2 layover in miami... so yeah!
I CANT WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2.  What did you do for p-day this week?  Last one in Michigan!!


On saturday we did puzzles and watch The Testaments and today we did laundry and puzzles. hahah nothing super fun, but I love puzzles! I'm so addicted to puzzles hahahahah

3.  Were you able to teach any lessons this week?

Not with investigators, We have taught member families and we taught a mini lesson to this one guy, Ill tell you about that later

4.  How are you feeling physically & mentally?

good! I'm still healthy and happy!

5.  How are you feeling about going to Ecuador?  Are you nervous or just excited for the new challenge?

I"M SO PUMPED AND READY TO GO

6.  Have you worked on any packing yet?  

not really, a little bit, I'll wait till later in the week

7.  Have you tried the new camera yet?  Did you get the chord?  Could you plug it in?  Does it seem better?

yep! the camera is great! I have not gotten the chord yet though... was I supposed to? 

8.  Did you get a package Saturday?

Yeah, the pictures of the temples and the liahonna?? was that from you?
I got the "Daughter" package this morning- I LOVE IT. SO CUTE

9.  Is there anything else you want us to send you this week?

Nope I am good! I wouldn't send any more packages though, because I am leaving in a week

10.  What have you liked in Michigan?

I love my district, my ward, my companion, the rain, the green, the trees, its beautiful here!!

11.  What has been hard about serving in Michigan?

Our area is really slow, There are TONS of Muslims here and they won't convert but are interested in learning, but that is not the best use of our time, so we don't talk to them much, but that takes out half the people here. We talk to TONS of people but no one is interested, its really hard. 

12.  What will you miss about Michigan?

US luxaries hahah like AC. The AC is Really good here and when ever I am inside I'm freezing! haha which is weird. I will also miss nice showers and good food and a car and yeah hahahahah

1- what do you eat for dinner...give examples? Like what did you eat last night? eggs, bread, fruit, I am not usually hungry because lunch is so filling 2-  How does money work?  How much do you get and does it seem like enough? HOLA!!! So today is a lot more chill, we are at the church first and then we are going to go to downtown Detroit!! So pumped! 1.  Have you heard anything about your visa or travel plans? Nope, I think what will happen is I will get contacted the day before I am supposed to leave. So I won't know for the next few weeks propbably haha oh well 2.  Who is Devon?  You mentioned he committed to baptism but want to know the story there... He is just an investigator we have! We haven't been able to teach him since then though :( 3.  Tell me something more about your companions! Uh Sister Leder is gluten free so maybe you could send more granola? ;) hahaha They are super funny and really hardworking! 1.  How are you feeling physically this week? SOOOO MUCH BETTER!!! Im finally feeling like my good old self again!! 2.  How are you feeling emotionally this week? SAME as the first question 3.  How are things with your companion? better, still hard but getting better. She tells me what to do a lot in a rude way but we are getting bettter 4.  When you said last week that your companion attacks you and is sassy, what do you mean...give an example.  (Please keep in mind if your companion is bullying you that it is something you should talk to your mission president about.) no I think it is just the way she talks to me...Dont worry we are getting better, but she just gets angry when I do things wrong or I dont understand. We talk about it everyday haha but we still have fun and laugh together! 5.  So I most likely will be sending you a package in October.  It will go to the mission office and then make its way to you through zone...
