Semana 4 Feliz Cuatro de Julio!!!!!
HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What
a blessing it is to have our P-day of the fourth!!!
It
has just about been a WHOLE MONTH WOAH!! CRAZINESS
I
love the MTC. I am constantly feeling the spirit and learning so much. I love
the spanish language and I can't wait to go to Ecuador and be fully emursed in
it!! I got to talk to an Elder who lived in Ecuador for a while and he was
telling us all about it and the people and what it is like!! I CAN"T WAIT
TO GO!!! 1 1/2 weeks left!!
Fe
(Faith)
One of the questions I was pondering
this week was How can we measure our Fe? (Faith) Because I was reading about
the Brother of Jared, and he had SO MUCH fe that Heavenly Father could not not
show his finger! (hopefully that makes sense). So it got me wondering how do
you increase fe and how do you measure it?
But here is what I learned. I read
my patriarchal blessing and learned SO MUCH about faith. Faith is a gift from
God. We receive this gift when we are obedient and righteous. We must act
before we gain faith. Faith + works = success. Continuing to serve and learn
about Christ increases our faith!
Sunday was a day full of revelation for me! I learned so much from
my Heavenly Father and I'm so grateful for that gift!!
Some things I learned:
- Heavenly Father is the perfect
example of patience and humility. If you think about all the times we sin and
repent (ALL of us) that is a lot of 2nd chances!! It is incredible how patient
he is with us!!
-Also think about how much we talk
about Christ. I mean it is called "The Church of Jesus Christ..."
like Christ gets all the glory. It is Heavenly Father's plan but he gives all
the glory and praise to HIS son... WOAH. Now that is humility and love!!
- Also we talked a lot about
debilidades (weaknesses) and how we can turn them into strengths!
Challenge:
1) This week I
challenge you to think about your own weakness and think about how you can turn
them into strengths!! Ask Heavenly Father if you can't think of anything. Also
read Ether 12:27!!
2) I also
challenge you to share the gospel with someone! We had a workshop yesterday
about helping members with missionary work. Social media is one of the easiest ways
to share the gospel!!
3) Think of
someone who may be struggling or may need just a pick me and share a scripture
or a mormon message! It is super easy and fun!!
I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH
Yo se que le iglesia es muy
verdadero y yo se que Jesucristo es nuestra salvador. Yo se que cuando
necesitamos ayuda, podemos pedir Dios y El puede ayudanos.

Elders and we started talking to this one Elder and he said that he lived in
Ecuador for a little bit!! (His dad is in the army so they moved around a lot).
And he was telling us all about Ecuador and it got me SOOOO Excited to go!!

humble and oh my goodness I cannot wait! 1 1/2 more weeks!!!
