HOLA MIS AMIGOS!!

Half way done at the MTC! Crazy how time flies!! This week I have probably cried at least once a day due to the spirit being so strong!!

This past week here at the Provo MTC we had a New Mission President Training, so ALL 12 APOSTALES WERE HERE. What??? I know right!!!!! I causally walked past Elder Renlund and his wife and another time walked past Elder Uchtdorf's wife. NO BIG DEAL. BUT IT WAS.

THE SUNDAY DEVOTIONAL:
ALL 12 Apostales were sitting on the stage and there was a live broadcast to all the MTC's!! SO COOL. Elder Cook spoke and it was AWESOME. Super simple and direct on how we can  better missionaries. At the end we were all standing and waiting for the mission presidents to leave and they all turned back and were waving at us- so cute. Then the postlude music was called to serve and all of the sudden all the missionaries starting singing along as we were leaving. SO POWERFUL. 

Also another incredible experience
We had one of the MTC Secrataries come and speak to my zone- just a random thing that happened. And it was so powerful! I was crying hahaha as always 
He is a football coach so he was getting into our faces- which for some reasons hits me hard with the spirit and makes me cry (I think that is why I love Elder Holland so much)
He was talking about Gift of Tongues and how we need to let the Lord take over and not try to do everything yourself! Sometimes we just have to do everything we can and then let the Lord take over!

Invitation:
This week we talked a lot about Spiritual Revelation!
So I invite you to think about how you receive spiritual revelation and write it down! And constantly be seeking for it! It is one of the greatest blessings God has given us!!

ALSO I found my new favorite scripture!! (Well I have a lot of favorites)
2 Nephi 5:27
"And it came to pass that we lived after the manner of happiness"

I LOVE THIS
That is what we should all do!! Live after the manner of HAPPINESS
Life is better when we are Happy!!!

Hermana Claire Owens arrived at the MTC!! She is so cute and I love seeing her everyday!!

I love this Gospel- It brings me so much gozo and paz (Joy and peace). I love teaching investigators and helping them to feel Heavenly Father's love for them!

1- what do you eat for dinner...give examples? HOLA!!! So today is a lot more chill, we are at the church first and then we are going to go to downtown Detroit!! So pumped! 1.  Have you heard anything about your visa or travel plans? Nope, I think what will happen is I will get contacted the day before I am supposed to leave. So I won't know for the next few weeks propbably haha oh well 2.  Who is Devon?  You mentioned he committed to baptism but want to know the story there... He is just an investigator we have! We haven't been able to teach him since then though :( 3.  Tell me something more about your companions! Uh Sister Leder is gluten free so maybe you could send more granola? ;) hahaha They are super funny and really hardworking! 1.  How are you feeling physically this week? SOOOO MUCH BETTER!!! Im finally feeling like my good old self again!! 2.  How are you feeling emotionally this week? SAME as the first question 3.  How are things with your companion? better, still hard but getting better. She tells me what to do a lot in a rude way but we are getting bettter 4.  When you said last week that your companion attacks you and is sassy, what do you mean...give an example.  (Please keep in mind if your companion is bullying you that it is something you should talk to your mission president about.) no I think it is just the way she talks to me...Dont worry we are getting better, but she just gets angry when I do things wrong or I dont understand. We talk about it everyday haha but we still have fun and laugh together! 5.  So I most likely will be sending you a package in October.  It will go to the mission office and then make its way to you through zone...
